Day 116 - 1/3/08

Lunch - 11:30 am
Tuna-fish sandwich

Exercise - 6:30 pm
Interval Running - 30 mins. - 2.7 mi.

I slowly increased the incline from 0-2.0 during the run.

Dinner - 10:00 pm

Campbell's chicken noodle soup

Total Water: 80 oz.
