Day 130 - 1/17/08

Lunch - 11:00 am
Ham sandwich
Skim milk
Choc. chip granola bar (100 cals)
Banana

20 oz. Mtn. Dew (290 cals)

Dinner - 5:30 pm
Tuna-fish sandwich
Dannon blueberry yogurt (60 cals)
Banana

Exercise - 10:30 pm
Treadmill running - 60 mins. - 4.87 mi.

Wow! My best distance yet! I also raised and lowered the incline as I went along.

Late snack - 12:00 am
Ham sandwich
Skim milk

Getting back into the groove, I just have to get back on the weights and inclrease my water!
