Lunch - 12:00 pm
Ham sandwich

Choc. chunk granola bar (90 cals)
Skim milk

I have to go buy some more yogurt soon, as I am out!

Snack - 4:00 pm
Ham sandwich
Milk

Went out and ran some errands.

Dinner - 8:00 pm
Skinless chicken breast (approx. 110 cals)
Baked rousset potato
Skim milk

Ended up falling asleep early again, due to new schedule. But I will be more refreshed and back on track tomorrow!
