Breakfast - 10:00 am
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of turkey bacon
Skim milk

20 oz. Mtn. Dew (290 cals)

Dinner - 6:00 pm
Campbell's tomato soup w/Ritz cracker
Ham sandwich
Apple juice

Exercise - 9:00 pm
Interval running - 30 mins. - 2.67 mi.

Snack - 11:00 pm
Ham sandwich
Apple juice

Total Water: 80 oz.
