Lunch - 11:00 am
Tuna-fish sandwich

Dannon vanilla yogurt (60 cals)

Pre-Dinner - 4:00 pm
Hams andwich
Skim milk

Had to ran off to shoot some high basketball this evening.

Dinner - 10:30 pm
Ham sandwich
Campbell's chicken noodle soup
Skim milk

Total Water: 80 oz.
