Turkey sandwich
Skim milk
Quaker Oats choc. chip granola bar (100 cals)
Banana

20 oz. Mtn. Dew (290 cals)

Ran some errands and went out with a friend.

2 pints of Anchor Steam ale.

Dinner - 9:00 pm
Campbell's chicken noodle soup
Turkey sandwich
Skim milk

Total Water: 60 oz.
