Turkey sandwich

2 20 oz. Mtn. Dew (580 cals)

Dinner - 6:30 pm
Tunafish sandwich
Banana
Dannon yogurt (40 cals)

Exercise - 11:00 pm
Interval running - 30 mins. - 2.48 miles

2 pints of PBR

Total water: 120 oz.
