Quaker Oats choc. chip granola bar (100 cals)

20 oz. Mtn. Dew (290 cals)

Dinner - 5:30 pm
Skinless chicken breast (approx. 110 cals)
White rice (160 cals)
Skim milk
2 pieces of pumpkin pie (482 cals)

Finished off most of the leftovers!

Exercise - 7:00 pm
Biking - 60 mins. - 8 mi.

3 pints of 90 Shilling Ale
