Lunch - 1:00 pm

Dannon vanilla yogurt (45 cals)

Dinner - 7:00 pm
Skinless chicken breast on romaine lettuce w/ranch dressing
White rice (160 cals)

Exercise - 10:30 pm
Treadmill running - 60 mins. - 4.1 mi.

I upped the incline to 3.0 on Lance's recommendation.

Late snack - 2:30 am
