Exercise - 11:15 am
Treadmill running - 60 mins. - 2.0 incline - 4.1 miles

I like getting my cardio done before I go to work on my late shift days!

Lunch - 12:30 pm
Ham sandwich (190 cals)
Skim milk
Banana
Quaker Oats choc. chip granola bar

20 oz Mtn. Dew

Dinner - 6:00 pm
Ham sandwich (190 cals)
Applesauce
Dannon strawberry yogurt (40 cals)
Skim milk

11:00 pm - Snack
PB & J sandwich

Went out to open mic night and had:

1 Fat Tire
1 PBR

2:00 am - Skim milk

Total Water: 180 oz.
